Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

Delicious bites of dark chocolate with a peanut crunch. The perfect treat after you have completed the 28-Day Be Healthy Program.


½ cup coconut oil
1 tbsp cacao* powder
1 tbsp organic peanut butter
½ block dark chocolate – try a quality one like Lindt 80% (not milk chocolate)
1 tbsp maple syrup (or less depending upon taste)
1 pinch pink Himalayan sea salt or Maldon sea salt (choose the best quality salt you can afford and make sure it does not contain additives)


Mix coconut oil, cocao powder, dark chocolate and peanut paste in a medium pan.

Heat the pan on stove at a low heat and warm until the ingredients have melted and are well combined. Do not boil.

Pour into silicon moulds (or if you don’t have one of those, use cup cake baking cups) and freeze.
