We are not talking about rolling back the odometer in your car. We are talking about rolling back the odometer in your body. It is simple, but not easy.

It will take commitment, patience and diligence but once you get the knowledge & get connected to a health community there is no end to where you might take it to.

I co-facilitate this program with two incredible women – Anne Noonan, certified yoga instructor and food coach and Annette Rossi, certified food coach.

We are all over the age of 50 and at different life stages. The three of us have had totally different backgrounds and health challenges and thus we bring different learnings and aspects to the health journey that we take on this program.

Our next Roll Back program SEASON 6, runs from Saturday 16th February 2019 for 8 weeks. We have 6 weeks of program work plus 2 bonus weeks where we meet in an outdoor setting. This time, besides menopausal health, we’re concentrating on a medley of health related topics.

The program costs just $59.95 (AUD) for newbies and only $39.95 for graduates of previous programs.

This covers the cost of the venue and the foods that we share. You will get some exercise. If you are not very active, don’t be concerned. Anne provides exercises for all levels of activity.
